1. Leverage advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to design and optimize Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflows, configurations, and integrations.
2. Serve as the primary technical resource on D365 for the O2C team, supporting troubleshooting efforts and ensuring data accuracy.
3. Collaborate with Global Tech team and external partners to manage D365 system updates, releases, and integrations.
4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the O2C function using D365’s reporting and analytics capabilities.
5. Implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
6. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote best practices in O2C processes and D365 functionalities.
7. Act as a liaison between Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Tech to support end-to-end O2C processes.
8. Address escalations and complex issues related to O2C processes and D365.
9. Define, implement, and standardize O2C processes globally, ensuring alignment with best practices.
10. Monitor and assess global O2C performance, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
11. Act as the guardian of the Fix, Flex, Free framework within the O2C process.
12. Develop and track global O2C KPIs and metrics to monitor performance and drive data-driven decision-making.
13. Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, APICS, PMP) are celebrated.

1. Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in Finance and Operations.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage D365 data analytics and reporting tools.
3. Familiarity with ERP systems and best practices for managing the O2C cycle.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills.
6. Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-oriented approach.

Minimum of 5 years in O2C, Finance Operations, or Global Solution deployment roles, preferably with an ERP.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
