- Lead the management of the team's learnings pipeline, overseeing the methodology for new projects and experiments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align experiments with strategic objectives.
- Design experiences to ensure setup and execution support experiment goals.
- Act as the data owner for all experiments, overseeing analytics infrastructure and supporting analysis.
- Synthesize experiment results into sharable report formats with an emphasis on storytelling.
- Drive experiments related to client and employee analytics and insights.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance innovation capabilities.
- Collaborate on the creation of client and employee experience journeys, mapping data implications for measurement goals.
- Set up and maintain analytics reporting systems, ensuring regular reporting meets business objectives.
- Execute regular reporting to team and senior management on KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to manage strategic pipelines and reporting, integrating experimental insights into strategic planning.
- Assist in general strategy work, leveraging strategic skills and business understanding.
- Source, scope, and manage third-party analytics vendors for supplemental data.
- Coordinate with external agencies on strategic projects, overseeing key deliverables.
- Support portfolio planning across multiple Open Innovation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Results-focused with proven ability to set objectives and drive initiatives to completion.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, including verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation.
- Deep curiosity and self-awareness with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with analytics tools.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence across a multi-functional team and matrixed organization.
3+ years in a strategic role, with exposure to business intelligence, consulting, or business strategy.
Bachelor’s degree required.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 to $121,300. Additional compensation may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
