Chanel Senior Manager, Account Planning

- Develop and implement retail sales and net shipment plans by month and brand during U.S. Forecast Updates, aligning with divisional strategy and market insights.
- Drive the success of new Fragrance & Beauty Boutique openings from a planning perspective, including sales forecasting and inventory allocation.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Merchandise Planning Teams on inventory buys for new campaigns, leveraging historical data and market trends.
- Oversee inventory distribution for new campaigns to ensure alignment with sales potential and store capacity.
- Manage replenishment strategies for limited-edition SKUs across Owned Accounts.
- Partner with Digital and Retail teams to align sales plans and inventory strategies with merchandising initiatives.
- Conduct weekly and monthly business analysis to inform strategic objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support cross-functional project execution and manage one direct report.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Merchandising, Planning, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in operations, store planning, forecasting, distribution, or supply chain.
- 1+ years of experience in direct team management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilize data strategically.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to quickly learn new technical applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and navigate complexity.
6+ years of experience in operations, store planning, forecasting, distribution, or supply chain, with at least 1 year of direct team management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Merchandising, Planning, or a related field.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 to $130,000, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
