1. Conduct learning needs analysis in collaboration with boutique leadership and Watches & Fine Jewelry (WFJ) office teams.
2. Design and deliver blended learning solutions tailored to retail audiences, including classroom, digital, and on-the-job training.
3. Localize and adapt global training content to align with local cultural and operational realities.
4. Develop and manage digital learning content and platforms, promoting continuous learning among retail employees.
5. Gather and analyze training feedback and performance metrics to assess effectiveness and drive improvements.
6. Act as a liaison between central training teams and boutique operations, ensuring seamless execution of learning initiatives.
7. Support WFJ and High Jewelry events with on-site training and logistical assistance.
8. Contribute to team meetings with innovative ideas to enhance the learning ecosystem.

1. Bachelor’s degree

1. Proven experience in training delivery and facilitation.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across functions.
4. Passion for client service and delivering exceptional experiences.
5. Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and feedback.
6. Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments.
7. Proficiency in digital learning tools and MS Office.
8. Curiosity and a growth mindset.
9. Fluency in English.

More than 7 years of experience in the Watches & Fine Jewelry or Fashion industry, with a minimum of 3-5 years in Learning & Development or Retail Training roles.
