1. Participate in diagnostics to determine necessary interventions on jewelry pieces.
2. Perform jewelry and high jewelry interventions with precision and excellence.
3. Ensure quality, technical, and aesthetic standards are met to provide exceptional service.
4. Stamp pieces in cases of internal refabrications.
5. Verify and set pavé stones.
6. Organize work orders efficiently, managing urgent requests.
7. Share expertise to enhance the skills of junior jewelers.
8. Ensure workshop equipment and supplies are adequate and compliant.

1. Diploma in CAP or equivalent in jewelry making.

1. Exceptional attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship.
2. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
3. Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
4. Proven ability to deliver high-quality service under pressure.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in a jewelry workshop, preferably within a customer service setting.

CAP or equivalent in jewelry making.
