1. Develop and implement IP strategies aligned with global priorities for trademark, design, copyright, and domain name management.
2. Conduct and analyze trademark clearance searches, providing solutions-driven advice.
3. Create and execute IP registration programs across the UK region.
4. Monitor and address third-party trademark applications, preparing oppositions and related documentation.
5. Manage complex multi-territory trademark disputes.
6. Monitor and support actions against IP infringements, including drafting cease and desist letters.
7. Review, draft, and negotiate IP provisions in commercial agreements.
8. Conduct IP-related research and prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.

1. Chartered Trade Mark Attorney or UK solicitor or barrister.
2. Experience in private practice and preferably in-house IP experience.
3. Familiarity with IPR databases such as Diams IQ and tools like Power BI.

1. Strong commercial acumen and interest in the retail sector.
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
4. Exceptional communication skills in spoken and written English.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy.

Substantial experience in intellectual property law, with a focus on trademarks and related legal matters.

Qualified as a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney, UK solicitor, or barrister.
