1. Explain insurance coverage details to business entities and handle insurance queries from all entities under the Chanel umbrella.
2. Liaise with brokers and insurers to ensure timely issuance of global and local policies and payment of premiums.
3. Create, work with, and maintain large databases, including renewal data for all lines of insurance and contract management.
4. Review and analyze renewal data for insurance policies prior to submission to insurers.
5. Collate, review, and analyze reported values for insurance programs within given timeframes, identifying questionable or missing data.
6. Oversee the risk management and information system (RMIS/Origami), including troubleshooting with IT support.
7. Ensure governance and execution of the support model in accordance with business plans.
8. Provide functional support to end users and update systems as needs evolve.
9. Lead communication management with stakeholders.
10. Review global insurance binders, policies, premium invoices, and other documents for accuracy, resolving discrepancies as necessary.
11. Collect loss runs under individual policies to formulate presentations for senior management and analyze claims trends.
12. Coordinate with external suppliers, including insurers and brokers.
13. Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
14. Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
15. Sort, record, and file incoming and outgoing correspondence.

1. Dependable, trustworthy, and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
2. Strong attention to detail and discretion in handling private matters.
3. Well-versed in various insurance coverages with the ability to quickly learn evolving policies.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to escalate complex issues appropriately.
5. Experience in an analytical or finance role is advantageous.
6. Fluency in English, with proficiency in French and/or Spanish as an asset.

1. Proficient in IT skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Ability to work effectively and independently in a small team within a corporate office environment.
3. Solution-oriented with agility and not routine-driven.
4. Collaborative working style.

Experience in an analytical or finance role within a corporate environment is advantageous.
