1. Lead education initiatives for Fragrance & Beauty Advisors, focusing on product knowledge, artistry skills, and clienteling.
2. Assist management with training on new product launches and service platforms.
3. Deliver exceptional client experiences both in-store and through client outreach.
4. Lead client service initiatives, including events and client follow-up strategies.
5. Establish relationships with Education Executives and National Makeup Artists to support ongoing team learning.
6. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals through individual and team efforts.
7. Create a culture of service and provide memorable in-store experiences.
8. Support management during event coordination and execution.
9. Foster personalized client relationships and ensure client retention.
10. Maintain brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.

1. 3+ years of experience in the beauty industry.
2. Artistry skills required; product knowledge preferred.
3. Passion for educating and training others.

5. Detail-oriented with strong influencing abilities.

The anticipated base range for this position is $27.70 to $40.00 per hour, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay components.
