1. Oversee the month-end close process using SAP for the UK region.
2. Manage Boutique accounting, inventory, fixed assets and leases, including IFRS16 compliance.
3. Conduct and review balance sheet reconciliations.
4. Prepare quarterly financial submissions to the global team.
5. Act as the primary contact for audits and provide financial support to boutiques.
6. Supervise the reconciliation of store receipts.
7. Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of improvement projects.
8. Support the implementation of a new ERP system, D365, as needed.

1. Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)

1. Strong financial controls and treasury experience preferred.
2. Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.
3. Proficiency in SAP.
4. Experience in the retail industry and business partnering with operations teams.
5. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work autonomously.
6. Positive and ambitious attitude with a willingness to learn.

Previous experience driving change and implementing new processes in a finance role, with a focus on leadership and team management.
