Chanel Senior Finance Manager

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial statements, maintaining accountability for the quality and compliance of all financial submissions.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and lead the financial closing process for the Taiwan market.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market accounting and tax regulations to ensure statutory compliance.
- Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors and tax consultants, ensuring statutory requirements are met.
- Drive operational excellence and foster compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Provide leadership to a high-performing accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Act as a key business partner to both local and regional stakeholders, providing insights on financial statements and proposing actions to address operational issues.
- Coordinate with external service providers and internal team members for annual tax review/audit.
- Lead the local Finance Business Services team, fostering a unified finance culture.
- Manage credit limit and stock release approval, oversee CSR and TVT reporting, and ensure timely reporting in the global system.
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional qualification holder (CPA/CA/ICAA) or equivalent.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Strong business acumen with a comprehensive understanding of ERP systems and accounting processes.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and people management skills.
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal effectiveness and a passion for achieving results.
A minimum of 12 years of experience in finance, including 5 years in a managerial role, with Big 4 audit experience and hands-on experience in accounting operations and corporate finance.
University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
