1. Support finance teams in sustainable performance initiatives, acting as the primary liaison for finance-related queries within the division.
2. Aid in defining and steering value-enhancing actions through innovative approaches for decision-making, including investment and ESG due diligence.
3. Contribute to the development of ESG strategies at the project or real estate portfolio level.
4. Collaborate with finance to build new decision-support processes and help finance teams adopt methodologies.
5. Participate in the external reporting setup, focusing on capital goods reporting and European green taxonomy.
6. Propose process improvements and system solutions for automated tracking of green taxonomy issues.
7. Assist in coordinating reporting and operational teams to meet financial impact requirements of climate issues according to ESRS standards.
8. Prepare quantitative information for future sustainability reports within the financial information scope.
9. Contribute to the evolution and implementation of new IT tools and dashboards for financial and extra-financial reporting.
10. Conduct thorough research on sustainable finance practices and maintain awareness of industry trends.

1. Master's degree or equivalent in finance or engineering with a specialization in finance.
2. Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in financial reporting, with a strong understanding of sustainable finance.
3. Proficiency in financial systems and ERP projects.
4. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
