3. Manage site operations, campaign launches, online trading, and E-Services while contributing to the E-Commerce strategy.
4. Lead regional personalization and user experience testing to improve user journeys and conversion rate metrics.
5. Develop digital marketing performance channels to drive customer acquisition and retention.
6. Oversee the roadmap for site development and systems innovation, ensuring successful project delivery.
7. Effectively manage the P&L budget in partnership with Finance and the Regional Head of E-Business.

3. Advanced analytical skills with experience in E-Commerce trading, performance, and optimization.
