- Shape and negotiate strategies with Fragrance & Beauty Retailer partners to advance Chanel's market-share and client loyalty KPIs.
- Craft and execute Chanel’s omnichannel distribution strategy across Owned and Lease businesses.
- Build strategic partnerships to enhance Chanel’s position as a luxury leader in digital and physical retail environments.
- Lead a high-performing team and inspire talents across the organization.
- Drive innovation and operational excellence across all account touchpoints.
- Cultivate trusted relationships with senior leaders to unlock strategic initiatives.
- Leverage advanced analytics and market intelligence for data-driven decision-making.
- Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities and evolving business models.
- Set a compelling vision for commercial development and champion Chanel’s brand values.
- Proactively identify risks and develop robust mitigation plans.
- Represent Chanel in senior-level negotiations and strategic forums.
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years’ experience in marketing, business development, merchant/buying role, digital marketing, or analytics & reporting
- Prior direct account management and negotiations experience
- High comfort level with senior-management level presentations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical skills including retail math and proficiency with financial statements
- Independent thinker with the ability to identify and present opportunities
- Digital expertise in site merchandising and understanding of digital tactics
10+ years in relevant fields such as marketing, business development, or analytics, with direct account management and negotiation experience.
Bachelor's degree required
The anticipated base salary range is $175,000 to $200,000, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay components.
