- Lead and manage Chanel's Top Client program, strategizing and enhancing client engagement.
- Collaborate with the Head of VIC & Client Development and team specialists to align strategies with organizational goals.
- Analyze KPI measurements to identify risks and opportunities, developing strategic proposals.
- Foster and deepen relationships with Top Clients across the US market, ensuring alignment with brand values.
- Oversee the client journey in partnership with boutique leaders, focusing on client experiences and engagement opportunities.
- Manage team budget, identifying risks and opportunities systematically and efficiently.
- Partner with global teams to align on strategic initiatives and program enhancements.
- Host and execute Top Client experiences, adapting strategies to socio-cultural nuances across markets.
- Collaborate with retail and boutique leaders to engage VIC clients domestically and internationally.
- Represent the team in creating luxurious client events and experiences in partnership with the US events team.
- Develop synergies with home office partners to connect divisional goals.
- Lead and develop team talent, ensuring efficient delegation and structure.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion, CRM, or hospitality.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Exceptional analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a client-centric approach.
- Fluency in French or Mandarin is a plus.
- Ability to build compelling and engaging presentations based on data insights.
A minimum of 10 years in a relevant field, with experience in luxury fashion, CRM, or hospitality preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required.
The anticipated base salary range is $175,000 to $200,000, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay.
