1. Oversee the procurement of diamonds ensuring quality standards for Haute Joaillerie collections.
2. Collaborate closely with the project manager for stone collections to estimate and quote diamond types.
3. Participate in technical feasibility and product development meetings.
4. Propose appropriate diamond typologies based on project requirements.
5. Monitor and fulfill workshop needs within defined timelines.
6. Ensure consistency in quotations and nomenclature throughout projects, alerting to any deviations.
7. Control and guarantee diamond supply quality in accordance with defined specifications.
8. Communicate and follow up with suppliers regarding orders and quality control results.
9. Ensure accurate information management in systems at each project milestone.
10. Maintain the lifecycle of stones in information systems in coordination with the logistics team.

1. 5 to 7 years of experience in the jewelry industry, preferably within a luxury house.
2. Proven ability to evaluate situations and prioritize effectively.
3. Recognized for integrity and discretion.
4. Fluent in English.
