- Lead end-to-end data science projects that deliver actionable insights across CRM, merchandising, demand forecasting, inventory and product analytics.
- Design, develop and validate machine learning models and statistical analyses; take models from proof-of-concept through production deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, retail, merchandising, e‑commerce, IT) to translate business problems into analytic strategies and measurable KPIs.
- Establish robust model governance, reproducibility and monitoring practices; ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR).
- Mentor and upskill junior data scientists and analysts; contribute to hiring, code reviews and best-practice documentation.
- Communicate complex technical findings clearly to senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions with quantitative evidence.
- Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science or a related quantitative discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in applied data science or machine learning, with demonstrable impact on business metrics; experience in retail, fashion or luxury segments preferred.
- Proven track record of taking ML models to production and operating them at scale.
- Strong stakeholder management, project leadership and ability to translate business needs into technical deliverables.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills suitable for presenting to executive audiences.

At least 5 years of applied data science experience with end-to-end ownership of machine learning projects; prior exposure to retail, merchandising, CRM or demand forecasting is strongly preferred, including production deployment and cross-functional collaboration.
Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science or a closely related quantitative field.
