Chanel Senior Data Project Manager

1. Lead end-to-end management of high-value data projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Collaborate with functional departments such as collection, finance, retail, and supply chain to gather and prioritize data needs.
3. Define project objectives, KPIs, calculation rules, and success criteria.
4. Draft functional specifications and establish project timelines, budgets, and milestones.
5. Identify risks and dependencies related to systems and technical teams.
6. Oversee all phases of data projects from conception to delivery.
7. Work closely with Data & BI Engineers to ensure effective implementation of solutions.
8. Facilitate project committees and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and corrective actions.
9. Ensure coherence between business needs, data models, and produced results.
10. Supervise functional testing to validate the quality and reliability of deliverables.
11. Manage the deployment of solutions and ensure smooth integration into business processes.
12. Support users in adopting tools and highlight the value of deployed solutions.
13. Evaluate the impact of delivered projects and identify improvement opportunities.
14. Contribute to the dissemination of data best practices and UX/UI enhancements.

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in Data/BI project management with a strong track record in delivering data solutions.
2. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum project management methodologies and collaborative management tools.
3. Understanding of modern data architectures, including analytical models, data governance, and integration flows.
4. Functional experience in the luxury, retail, or high-intensity operational environments is advantageous.
5. Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English for international projects.
