- Lead the design and evolution of data collection and transformation pipelines.
- Establish and implement data modeling standards.
- Ensure robust data environment segregation (Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum).
- Contribute to defining the technical roadmap.
- Provide technical guidance to Data Engineers, including code reviews and best practices.
- Oversee the quality of development, versioning standards, and CI/CD processes.
- Supervise data ingestion, transformation, and exposure pipelines within a medallion architecture.
- Actively participate in product delivery, including industrialization, migration, and refactoring.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure job supervision and monitoring.
- Contribute to DataOps, FinOps, and SecOps practices.
- Analyze and support the resolution of major technical risks.
- Assist developers and partners in resolving complex issues.
- Stay updated on technological advancements and propose relevant innovations.
- Collaborate with corporate, divisional, regional, and market teams to ensure solution coherence and adoption.
- Define necessary data per project (CRM, eCommerce, Media, PLM, ERP).
- Simplify technical concepts for business teams and internal partners.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Data Engineering, with at least 2 years in a Technical Lead role.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data, or Information Systems.
- Expertise in data lifecycle management, CI/CD concepts, Spark, and Python development.
- Proficiency in Azure/Microsoft Fabric/PowerBI and MS BI ecosystems.
- Strong software development knowledge.
- Technical leadership and team unification skills.
- Technological curiosity and strong business acumen.
- Solution-oriented mindset and continuous improvement culture.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Comfortable in an international and agile environment.
Minimum of 6 years in Data Engineering, including 2 years in a Technical Lead position.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data, or Information Systems.
