1. Lead the design and evolution of data collection and transformation pipelines.
2. Establish and implement data modeling standards.
3. Ensure robust data environment segregation (Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum).
4. Contribute to defining the technical roadmap.
5. Provide technical guidance to Data Engineers, including code reviews and best practices.
6. Oversee the quality of development, versioning standards, and CI/CD processes.
7. Supervise data ingestion, transformation, and exposure pipelines within a medallion architecture.
8. Actively participate in product delivery, including industrialization, migration, and refactoring.
9. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
10. Ensure job supervision and monitoring.
11. Contribute to DataOps, FinOps, and SecOps practices.
12. Analyze and support the resolution of major technical risks.
13. Assist developers and partners in resolving complex issues.
14. Stay updated on technological advancements and propose relevant innovations.
15. Collaborate with corporate, divisional, regional, and market teams to ensure solution coherence and adoption.
16. Define necessary data per project (CRM, eCommerce, Media, PLM, ERP).
17. Simplify technical concepts for business teams and internal partners.

1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in Data Engineering, with at least 2 years in a Technical Lead role.
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data, or Information Systems.

1. Expertise in data lifecycle management, CI/CD concepts, Spark, and Python development.
2. Proficiency in Azure/Microsoft Fabric/PowerBI and MS BI ecosystems.
3. Strong software development knowledge.
4. Technical leadership and team unification skills.
5. Technological curiosity and strong business acumen.
6. Solution-oriented mindset and continuous improvement culture.
7. Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts.
8. Comfortable in an international and agile environment.

Minimum of 6 years in Data Engineering, including 2 years in a Technical Lead position.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data, or Information Systems.
