- Translate client and loyalty strategies into actionable execution to enhance retail excellence and uphold brand standards.
- Manage the all-year membership program, including planning, execution, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.
- Ensure disciplined management of membership budgets, gifts, and inventory with precise forecasting and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Retail teams to design and implement clienteling strategies that strengthen client relationships and improve retention.
- Oversee the Client Satisfaction Survey (CSS) management, including analysis, reporting, and follow-up actions to enhance client experience.
- Deliver comprehensive client, CRM, and loyalty reporting to support business reviews and inform future initiatives.
- Design and operationalize omni-channel client experience journeys across various platforms, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Utilize test-and-learn approaches and automation to optimize CRM communications and client journeys.
- Contribute to the evolution of the client loyalty ecosystem through data-driven insights and collaboration with Retail, Digital, and Global/Regional teams.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Marketing, CRM, or Membership, preferably within the luxury industry or a Digital/CRM agency.
- Experience with salesforce.com technology, particularly in the Marketing Cloud module or other campaign management platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of CRM, CX, marketing, CRM software, statistics, and Salesforce.
- Strong background in data analysis and customer program management.
- Strong presentation skills in English and Korean with persuasive abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with vendors and internal counterparts.
- Detailed documentation skills, especially with MS Office tools.
- Strong numerical and detail-oriented skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
3 to 10 years of experience in a customer-related business environment, with a strong background in executing customer-focused initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
Bachelor's degree required.
