1. Perform monthly financial closing tasks for specific financial activities such as fixed assets, lease accounting, and bank reconciliation.
2. Assist in month-end closing processes, including adjustment journals, depreciation journals, and balance sheet preparation.
3. Support the preparation of financial statements, including local stock counts and asset audits.
4. Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and apply relevant statutory reporting standards.
5. Handle inquiries from external parties such as auditors and tax agents.
6. Maintain and update Chanel's Chart of Accounts.
7. Identify and escalate inappropriate behaviors or non-compliance issues.
8. Articulate system issues to experts for resolution and adopt new technological tools.

1. Diploma or higher in Accounting or equivalent.
2. Student member or member of professional accounting bodies such as ACCA.

1. Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
2. Expertise in month-end closing processes and financial operations.
3. Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Adaptability to new knowledge and skills.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the retail sector.

Diploma or above in Accounting or equivalent.
