1. Manage and oversee accounting operations related to Chanel Switzerland's client accounts across three entities.
2. Collaborate closely with sales teams and financial controllers to ensure accurate client account management, billing, payment tracking, and dispute resolution.
3. Understand and implement boutique procedures.
4. Process company bank accounts, including client receipts via BVR and transfers.
5. Reconcile daily sales from boutiques and record client transfers in boutique software.
6. Input credit card receipts and ensure client account follow-up, including payment reminders and handling unpaid invoices.
7. Participate in account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and client balance justification.
8. Ensure compliance with current accounting and tax regulations.
9. Monitor aged client balances and report to commercial management.
10. Contribute to monthly and annual closings and Group reporting (IFRS).
11. Perform intercompany reconciliations.
12. Handle various administrative tasks such as mail and archiving.
13. Actively participate in external audits.

1. Approximately 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a retail environment.

1. Proficiency in French and English.
2. Strong computer skills, including Excel and accounting software such as AX and STAR.
3. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
4. Excellent team integration skills and adaptability.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with clients.
6. Discretion, confidentiality, and professional ethics.

Approximately 5 years in accounting, ideally within retail.
