Chanel Security and HSE Specialist

- Manage national events, assessing associated risks and deploying security measures.
- Draft security concepts, conduct briefings, and liaise with insurance services.
- Coordinate with authorities, private security, and internal teams.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and propose improvements.
- Participate in international events, drafting global security guidelines.
- Organize security committees with local representatives.
- Perform risk analyses and create security briefs by region and market.
- Draft the global security policy for the Watches and Jewelry Division.
- Organize security awareness and onboarding sessions.
- Develop communication plans and foster a security community.
- Implement the HSE policy across division sites, ensuring compliance.
- Conduct mandatory and regulatory studies (e.g., VLEP, chemical audits).
- Develop prevention plans with partner companies.
- Educate staff and contractors on HSE rules.
- Monitor HSE indicators and contribute to internal and external audits.
- Bachelor's degree in Security, Risk Management, or HSE.
- 3-5 years of experience in security, preferably in luxury or high-end events.
- Certifications in security or HSE (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SSIAP).
- Proficiency in international risk management.
- In-depth knowledge of security and safety protocols.
- Strong service orientation and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in French and English.
3-5 years of experience in security, ideally within the luxury sector or high-end events.
Bachelor's degree in Security, Risk Management, or HSE.
