1. Manage national events, assessing associated risks and deploying security measures.
2. Draft security concepts, conduct briefings, and liaise with insurance services.
3. Coordinate with authorities, private security, and internal teams.
4. Conduct post-event evaluations and propose improvements.
5. Participate in international events, drafting global security guidelines.
6. Organize security committees with local representatives.
7. Perform risk analyses and create security briefs by region and market.
8. Draft the global security policy for the Watches and Jewelry Division.
9. Organize security awareness and onboarding sessions.
10. Develop communication plans and foster a security community.
11. Implement the HSE policy across division sites, ensuring compliance.
12. Conduct mandatory and regulatory studies (e.g., VLEP, chemical audits).
13. Develop prevention plans with partner companies.
14. Educate staff and contractors on HSE rules.
15. Monitor HSE indicators and contribute to internal and external audits.

1. Bachelor's degree in Security, Risk Management, or HSE.
2. 3-5 years of experience in security, preferably in luxury or high-end events.

1. Certifications in security or HSE (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SSIAP).
2. Proficiency in international risk management.
3. In-depth knowledge of security and safety protocols.
4. Strong service orientation and teamwork skills.
5. Fluency in French and English.

3-5 years of experience in security, ideally within the luxury sector or high-end events.

Bachelor's degree in Security, Risk Management, or HSE.
