2. Learn each collection to understand the Studio's statements and recommend appropriate alteration methods.
3. Assess garments meticulously to identify necessary adjustments, ensuring perfection in tailoring.
4. Conduct precise fittings, providing expert guidance to clients while respecting their preferences.
5. Perform thorough quality checks on finished alterations, ensuring cleanliness and precision.
6. Share collection alteration information with Boutique staff consistently.
7. Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their tailoring needs are met with professionalism.
8. Offer expert advice on garment care, maintenance, and after-sales services.
9. Collaborate with the boutique team to deliver a seamless and luxurious client journey.
10. Maintain a clean and organized Tailor Shop, supporting efficient operations.
11. Assist in stock quality control, repairing or adjusting items as necessary.
12. Ensure timely and accurate record-keeping for all tailoring activities.

1. 3-5 years of professional tailoring experience, preferably in luxury fashion.

4. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
