1. Support client order management and ensure timely product launches in collaboration with the Marketing Department.
2. Assist in the invoicing of departmental expenses.
3. Collaborate with the Sell-Out Manager to define promotional routes and team motivation plans.
4. Manage the preparation and delivery of team incentives.
5. Participate in the preparation of special store activations.
6. Prepare sales analyses and develop tools to monitor sales activities.
7. Submit monthly Sell-Out reports detailing achievements versus targets per Business Area.
8. Manage sales support material orders and track consumption on a quarterly basis.

1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Strong teamwork capabilities.
4. Exceptional communication skills, with Spanish language skills highly valued.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Proactive and curious mindset with an aptitude for innovative thinking.

No prior experience required, but relevant internships or academic projects in sales support or data analysis are advantageous.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analysis, or a related field.
