1. Manage and coordinate sales order processing in conjunction with stock management, ensuring high service levels to the market and region, specifically Canada and Ireland.
2. Ensure workflow into the Distribution Center is consistent and on schedule using systems such as D365, M2M, Forcast, 5ART, and Project Sunrise.
3. Identify and implement simplifications and efficiencies within the supply chain processes.
4. Support the supply chain sales order office to increase business agility and resilience.
5. Conduct data analysis to drive efficiency, focusing on sell-in, coverage, stock availability, forecast accuracy, and obsolescence management.
6. Challenge commercial and marketing teams in Canada and Ireland on distribution and inventory matters.

1. Proven track record working with logistics software such as D365, M2M, Forcast, 5ART, and Manhattan.
2. Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.

2. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse geographies and nationalities.
3. Proactive in building relationships to anticipate stakeholder needs.

Experience in a fast-paced logistics or supply chain environment, preferably within the luxury goods sector.
