Chanel Sales Manager

- Oversee retail operations within the London region, focusing on flagship accounts.
- Identify and develop opportunities to expand Chanel's business.
- Collaborate with Field Retail Development Managers to execute brand priorities.
- Lead projects to impact the overall F&B business positively.
- Empower and develop Field Retail Development Managers.
- Build strong professional relationships with Store Managers, Sales Managers, and key decision-makers.
- Contribute to brand sales growth by identifying new opportunities.
- Enhance operational procedures in Stand-Alone businesses.
- Manage loss prevention strategies in Stand-Alone Boutiques.
- Address stock intake issues in Wholesale and propose solutions.
- Promote a unified brand vision across divisions to maximize sales.
- Implement a London Region-specific strategy supporting brand objectives.
- Share regional trends and opportunities with stakeholders.
- Develop area-specific sales plans with Retail Development Managers.
- Conduct quarterly retail meetings to review performance.
- Oversee recruitment and optimize staffing levels in key locations.
- Ensure adherence to HR procedures.
- Provide support and direction to line reports.
- Prepare reports on brand performance within the region.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales to enhance retail sales and brand image.
- Maintain high staffing quality reflective of Chanel's service standards.
- 5+ years of experience in a field manager role within the beauty industry.
- Strong relationships with key retailers.
- Experience with multi-site businesses.
- Experience in both whole and owned retail environments.
- Problem-solving and prioritization in a dynamic retail landscape.
- Leadership of a field team.
- Relationship-driven mindset with strategic thinking.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask under deadlines.
- Articulate sales performance confidently.
- Operational excellence in a luxury environment.
- Building external relationships for business opportunities.
5+ years in a field manager role within the beauty industry, with a proven track record in achieving KPIs and providing operational excellence.
