Chanel Sales Manager, Fragrance and Beauty

- Lead and manage a team of versatile sales advisors and beauty experts, including makeup artists and facialists.
- Ensure a comprehensive understanding and effective implementation of Chanel's strategic vision and boutique-specific objectives.
- Supervise, train, and coach the team on-site to elevate product expertise and enhance the customer experience.
- Organize and oversee the sales floor to optimize layout and operational efficiency.
- Foster team collaboration and enthusiasm through dynamic leadership.
- Conduct briefings with the team to ensure transparent communication and shared understanding of goals.
- Organize annual performance and objective evaluation meetings for rigorous follow-up.
- Actively contribute to the recruitment and retention of top talent to strengthen the team.
- Motivate the team to achieve commercial objectives through regular follow-up meetings.
- Define priority actions for individual skill development and meticulously monitor their implementation.
- Drive and monitor sales to ensure achievement of set objectives.
- Develop action plans to stimulate commercial growth and performance, aligned with brand vision and strategy.
- Provide regular reports to the Boutique Director, detailing all team actions.
- Ensure adherence to Boutique procedures and the Boutique Charter, optimizing tool usage.
- Implement Visual Merchandising guidelines to maintain a clean, well-organized, and welcoming space.
- Optimize stock management while closely monitoring commercial objectives and inventory operations.
- Create personalized customer experiences with each visit, leveraging Chanel's brand culture and expertise to build lasting client relationships.
- Develop a local client portfolio while ensuring excellent service for tourist clients.
- Participate in brand representation at client events and internal projects.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in retail and beauty sectors.
- Proven managerial experience.
- Strong business acumen and passion for performance and challenges.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a constantly evolving environment.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage teams on-site.
- Comfortable with formalizing action plans.
- Ability to create connections and manage change effectively.
- Proven track record of developing teams through constructive feedback.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain close relationships with the team and Boutique Director.
