1. Manage a team of Fashion Advisors, ensuring alignment with the House's strategic objectives.
2. Coach and develop team members to enhance their style expertise and client experience.
3. Motivate the team to achieve commercial objectives through regular one-on-one meetings.
4. Collaborate with the Deputy Manager to develop and implement the boutique's business strategy.
5. Ensure compliance with Boutique procedures and the Boutique Charter.
6. Propose improvements for client experience and operational efficiency.
7. Monitor sales activities and assist in collection buying within budgetary constraints.
8. Conduct quantitative analyses to inform business and product strategy.
9. Develop action plans to enhance business performance.
10. Report regularly to Boutique Management.
11. Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to ensure product line visibility.
12. Optimize inventory management and achieve sell-through objectives.
13. Deliver consistent client experiences in line with brand guidelines.
14. Embody and promote the environmental and societal values of Chanel.
