- Lead and manage a team of Fashion Advisors, ensuring alignment with the brand's strategy.

- Conduct briefings with the team to align on goals and strategies.

- Regularly report to the Boutique Manager and/or Director on team actions and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with Boutique procedures and the Boutique Charter.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to maintain product line visibility.
- Optimize stock management and monitor sell-through and inventory objectives.
- Serve as a brand ambassador to clients through personalized service and participation in client events.
- Contribute to internal and external luxury, retail, and fashion sector projects.
- Coordinate collection purchases for the boutique, respecting budget and boutique identity.
- Collaborate with other Sales Managers to curate personalized client assortments.
- Analyze sales data to provide business and product strategy recommendations.
