- Inspire and manage the boutique team to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining Chanel's high standards.
- Support the Boutique Manager in ensuring high image standards and fostering a client-centric culture.
- Manage merchandise and inventory effectively, ensuring compliance with operational procedures.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Manager and Operations Manager to optimize staff scheduling and supervision.
- Provide insights on customer trends, competitor activity, and merchandise movement to Fashion Management.
- Address day-to-day operational issues promptly and seek guidance from the Boutique Manager as necessary.
- Collaborate with other Sales Managers and the Operations Manager within the boutique.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and people management.
- Over 5 years of shop floor experience in a luxury environment.
- Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) is a strong asset.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Residing in or around Amsterdam and willing to travel.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Passion for client experience and luxury fashion.
- Empathy combined with a results-driven mindset.
- Business-oriented with a focus on strategic outcomes.
- High proficiency in Office 365 programs.
A minimum of 2 years in sales and people management, with over 5 years of shop floor experience in a luxury setting.
