1. Inspire and manage the boutique team to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining Chanel's high standards.
2. Support the Boutique Manager in ensuring high image standards and fostering a client-centric culture.
3. Manage merchandise and inventory effectively, ensuring compliance with operational procedures.
4. Collaborate with the Boutique Manager and Operations Manager to optimize staff scheduling and supervision.
5. Provide insights on customer trends, competitor activity, and merchandise movement to Fashion Management.
6. Address day-to-day operational issues promptly and seek guidance from the Boutique Manager as necessary.
7. Collaborate with other Sales Managers and the Operations Manager within the boutique.

1. At least 2 years of experience in sales and people management.
2. Over 5 years of shop floor experience in a luxury environment.
3. Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) is a strong asset.
4. Fluent in Dutch and English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
5. Residing in or around Amsterdam and willing to travel.
