- Assist the Sales Area Manager in achieving sales targets and objectives within the designated territory.
- Prepare and analyze annual forecasts for campaign products and promotional materials for clients.
- Coordinate and manage order processing, product rotation, and stock levels in collaboration with Brand Managers and clients.
- Conduct monthly sell-in versus sell-out and stock analysis.
- Calculate, process, and monitor payments, commissions, and reimbursements.
- Oversee PLV expenses and collaborate with the Regulatory Affairs Department for product registration.
- Coordinate trade animations and events in alignment with the marketing calendar.
- Visit sales points to ensure stock levels, merchandising, and brand image are maintained.
- Collaborate in the destruction process of obsolete or discontinued stock.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments.
- Participate actively in budget planning and strategic presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in regional distribution companies.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with large data sets.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced MS Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and dispute resolution skills.
- Ability to identify process gaps and propose efficiency-driven solutions.
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in regional distribution, with a focus on market research, competitive analysis, and data analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
