- Assist the Travel Retail Director in achieving sales goals and objectives for the territory.
- Conduct advanced data analysis and business intelligence activities, including reporting and dashboard creation to support sales and boutique analysis.
- Consolidate regional dashboard feedback and collaborate with the IT department on local initiatives.
- Prepare and analyze annual forecasts for campaign products and promotional materials, providing detailed performance analysis by client.
- Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all airports in the region, including passenger spending and sales performance relative to traffic.
- Define optimal assortment strategies tailored to the specific needs of each location.
- Design and implement a tracking system for the dispatch and efficient use of testers across the region.
- Ensure retailer pricing strategies align with local market conditions and measure the impact of price changes on sales volume.
- Analyze and input orders in the system, coordinating with Brand Managers and clients, and prepare suggested orders for new campaigns and regular products.
- Collaborate with the Marketing department on point of sale display (PLV) strategy and allocation.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in data analysis and business intelligence to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage the calculation, payment, and follow-up of commissions, launches, and reimbursements.
- Develop and implement a seasonal sales incentive program for the Americas, monitoring competition at points of sale.
- Oversee the training of Beauty Advisors, Make-Up Artists, and general staff, including allowances and uniform tracking.
- Coordinate necessary promoters for events and coverage in alignment with Sales Executives and Sales Area Managers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in regional distribution companies, focusing on market research and data analysis.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with large data sets.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and other reporting platforms.
- Initiative to identify process gaps and propose efficiency solutions.
- Problem-solving and dispute resolution skills.
- Advanced organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
2-4 years of relevant work experience in regional distribution companies, focusing on market research and data analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
