1. Achieve sales targets for the assigned region, both overall and per retailer.
2. Manage orders, new product launches, and point of sale materials, ensuring optimal product displays and stock levels.
3. Review sales data, provide regular reports to the Area Manager, and propose strategies for performance enhancement.
4. Implement and monitor sales and marketing strategies to boost sales.
5. Identify and explore new business opportunities with retailers in the area.
6. Build and maintain long-term relationships with retailers, providing ongoing advice and support.
7. Train retailers and sales teams on new products, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
8. Supervise product displays, visual merchandising, and promotional materials at stores.
9. Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with brand standards and proper stock management.
10. Collaborate in planning and executing promotional events at stores.
11. Report regularly to the Area Manager on sales results, market changes, and competitive activities.
12. Maintain open communication with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and training.

1. Previous experience in sales roles, preferably in the luxury, beauty, or fragrance industries.
2. Ability to work autonomously with a results-oriented approach.
3. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
4. Understanding of the luxury market and the fragrance industry is a plus.
5. Strong commitment to ethics, customer service, and satisfaction.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Reliable team player.
8. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Proficiency in technology and a willingness to learn new systems.
10. Fluency in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
