- Achieve sales targets for the assigned region, both overall and per retailer.
- Manage orders, new product launches, and point of sale materials, ensuring optimal product displays and stock levels.
- Review sales data, provide regular reports to the Area Manager, and propose strategies for performance enhancement.
- Implement and monitor sales and marketing strategies to boost sales.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities with retailers in the area.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with retailers, providing ongoing advice and support.
- Train retailers and sales teams on new products, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Supervise product displays, visual merchandising, and promotional materials at stores.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with brand standards and proper stock management.
- Collaborate in planning and executing promotional events at stores.
- Report regularly to the Area Manager on sales results, market changes, and competitive activities.
- Maintain open communication with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and training.
- Previous experience in sales roles, preferably in the luxury, beauty, or fragrance industries.
- Ability to work autonomously with a results-oriented approach.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of the luxury market and the fragrance industry is a plus.
- Strong commitment to ethics, customer service, and satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable team player.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in technology and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and resilience.
- Customer orientation with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
- Commercial skills for managing sales data and analyzing business performance.
- Leadership skills to inspire and motivate sales teams.
