1. Greet and welcome guests, providing a positive first impression.
2. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
3. Monitor guest flow and manage queues during peak hours.
4. Handle basic administrative tasks and assist with event-related activities.
5. Provide excellent customer service with expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
6. Ensure the sales floor is well-organized and displays are attractive.
7. Assist with inventory management, including conducting regular checks and tracking merchandise.
8. Support pop-up operations, including receiving, restocking, and transporting merchandise.
9. Assist with additional tasks as directed by boutique management.

1. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, particularly with luxury brands or watches and fine jewelry.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
3. Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
4. Enthusiastic, reliable, and a team player.

Experience in retail or customer service, especially within luxury brands, is preferred.
