1. Support sales managers in supervising sales teams and managing daily operations.
2. Assist in organizing sales team schedules and optimizing sales force presence.
3. Ensure adherence to boutique procedures and standards.
4. Coordinate boutique opening, including team management, supplies, and setup.
5. Monitor and control merchandising activities.
6. Oversee reservations, pending sales, and inter-boutique transfers.
7. Provide customer service during peak periods.

1. Student from a Business School or University with initial experience in luxury sales.
2. Interest in fashion and retail industry.
3. Dynamic, service-oriented, and meticulous.
4. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluent in English and proficient in IT tools.
