- Support sales managers in supervising sales teams and managing daily operations.
- Assist in organizing sales team schedules and optimizing sales force presence.
- Ensure adherence to boutique procedures and standards.
- Coordinate boutique opening logistics, including team coordination and setup of watch displays.
- Monitor and control merchandising standards.
- Manage reservations, pending sales, and inter-boutique transfers.
- Provide customer service and advice during peak periods.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or university.
- Previous experience in luxury sales.
- Strong interest in fashion and retail.
- Dynamic with excellent service orientation.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in IT tools.
Previous experience in luxury sales is required.
Currently enrolled in a business school or university.
