1. Support sales managers in supervising sales teams and managing daily operations.
2. Assist in organizing sales team schedules and optimizing staff presence.
3. Ensure adherence to boutique procedures and standards.
4. Coordinate boutique opening activities, including team readiness and setup of sales areas.
5. Monitor and control merchandising activities.
6. Oversee reservations, pending sales, and inter-boutique transfers.
7. Provide customer service during peak periods.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or university.
2. Previous experience in luxury sales.

2. Dynamic with excellent service orientation.
3. Meticulous attention to detail.
4. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluent in English.
6. Proficient in IT tools.

Previous experience in luxury sales is required.

Currently enrolled in a business school or university.
