1. Completion of higher education (equivalent to Bac +2 to Bac +5).
2. Aspiration to become a professional in luxury consulting and sales.

2. Recognized for reactivity, commercial dynamism, and strong interpersonal and service skills.
3. Proficiency in English is essential.

No specific experience required, but a keen interest in luxury fashion sales and consulting is essential.

Participants will receive an integration program, including training on Chanel's history and products, and will enhance their retail knowledge and communication skills through interactions with various European services. Additionally, they will join a Community of Young Talents to build a professional network.
