Chanel Sales & Training Supervisor

- Design, implement, and monitor the annual training plan for Brand Ambassadors and Sephora Cast Members to enhance product knowledge and sales of Drunk Elephant and Dr Dennis Gross.
- Strengthen in-store expertise by effectively communicating brand stories, DNA, ingredients, and philosophies through various training formats, including in-store, online, and Sephora Cluster Trainings.
- Conduct continuous coaching and evaluation of Brand Ambassadors through on-site observations, assessment dynamics, and individual follow-ups.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure accurate communication of brand launches, objectives, and ambitions.
- Coordinate with In-Store and Trade Marketing teams for the execution of in-store animations, displays, and support during brand activations and events.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans with the Brand Manager to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Communicate and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales goals with Brand Ambassadors, aligning overall and store-specific objectives.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, demonstrating advanced sales techniques and exceptional customer service.
- Inspire and motivate the team to prioritize building lasting customer relationships.
- Over 5 years of experience in training and team development within the beauty, cosmetics, luxury, and/or retail sectors, preferably with Sephora experience.
- Proven sales experience in the beauty, luxury, or retail industry.
- Experience in coaching and talent development at points of sale.
- Passion for the beauty industry with strong knowledge of ingredients, benefits, and skincare objectives.
- Organizational and planning skills to ensure training and sales objectives are met with close follow-up.
- Creativity and pedagogical focus to design innovative and dynamic coaching sessions.
- Ability to assess performance and provide effective feedback with structured improvement plans.
- Self-motivated, independent professional with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in English is desirable.
Over 5 years in training and team development in beauty, cosmetics, luxury, and/or retail sectors.
