1. Support daily boutique operations by receiving, unpacking and processing incoming merchandise according to Chanel procedures.
2. Manage inventory cycles: replenishment, stock transfers, regular stock counts and reconciliation with the POS system.
3. Prepare merchandise for the sales floor, maintain back‑of‑house organisation and ensure accurate labelling and tagging.
4. Assist Sales Advisors with client appointments, order fulfilment, gift wrapping and special requests when required.
5. Coordinate returns, repairs and exchanges in compliance with brand policies and liaise with distribution or logistics teams.
6. Maintain visual and presentation standards in stock areas and on the sales floor; assist with merchandising resets as directed.
7. Ensure compliance with loss‑prevention and security protocols and safeguard client confidentiality and luxury presentation standards.

2. Customer‑centric attitude with the ability to work collaboratively with sales teams.
3. Physical ability to handle shipments and stock (lifting/moving boxes as required).
4. Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings, to meet boutique needs and seasonal peaks.
5. Discretion, reliability and a professional demeanour suited to a luxury retail environment.
6. Legal authorization to work in Canada.

Entry‑level to 1–2 years of retail or stockroom experience preferred; prior exposure to luxury retail operations or inventory management is an asset.

High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education in retail, fashion, logistics or a related discipline is advantageous.
