- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through prompt and appropriate responses to queries.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to colleagues and clients, adhering to Chanel's standards.
- Assist on the sales floor, applying Chanel's customer service protocols, including client welcoming and product presentation.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and Chanel Head Office.
- Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping as needed.
- Document messages accurately and deliver them to Fashion Advisors promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of the company's commercial activities and internal affairs.
- Assist in inventory management, including shipments, transfers, and cycle counts.
- Execute after-sales tasks, ensuring inventory integrity and organization.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-office areas and stockrooms.
- Ensure cash and wrap stations are prepared and stocked.
- 1-3 years of experience in retail operations or stock management.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
- Customer service orientation.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and teams.
- Fluency in English; a second language is advantageous.
1-3 years of experience in retail operations or stock management is required.
Competitive base salary of $55,000 CAD per year.
