1. Establish and maintain strong client relationships through prompt and appropriate responses to queries.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service to colleagues and clients, adhering to Chanel's standards.
3. Assist on the sales floor, applying Chanel's customer service protocols, including client welcoming and product presentation.
4. Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and Chanel Head Office.
5. Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping as needed.
6. Document messages accurately and deliver them to Fashion Advisors promptly.
7. Maintain confidentiality of the company's commercial activities and internal affairs.
8. Assist in inventory management, including shipments, transfers, and cycle counts.
9. Execute after-sales tasks, ensuring inventory integrity and organization.
10. Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-office areas and stockrooms.
11. Ensure cash and wrap stations are prepared and stocked.

1. 1-3 years of experience in retail operations or stock management.

1. Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
2. Customer service orientation.
3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and teams.
6. Fluency in English; a second language is advantageous.

1-3 years of experience in retail operations or stock management is required.

Competitive base salary of $55,000 CAD per year.
