1. Establish and maintain strong client relationships through prompt and appropriate responses to queries.
2. Provide exceptional customer service to colleagues and clients, adhering to Chanel's standards.
3. Assist on the shop floor, welcoming clients, presenting collections, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
4. Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and Chanel Head Office.
5. Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping as needed.
6. Document messages accurately and deliver them to Fashion Advisors promptly.
7. Maintain confidentiality of the company's commercial activities and internal affairs.
8. Assist in inventory management, including shipments, transfers, and cycle counts.
9. Execute after-sales tasks and ensure inventory integrity.
10. Ensure back-office areas are clean and organized, and that cash and wrap stations are prepared and stocked.

1. 1-3 years of successful experience in retail operations or stock management.

3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
5. Fluency in English; a second language is advantageous
