- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through prompt and appropriate responses to queries.

- 1-3 years of successful experience in retail operations or stock management.
- Customer service orientation
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
- Fluency in English; a second language is advantageous
