1. Provide exemplary customer service to colleagues and clients, adhering to Chanel's high standards.
2. Support the boutique floor by welcoming clients, presenting collections, and assisting with client inquiries.
3. Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and Chanel Head Office.
4. Assist in inventory management, including shipments, transfers, and stock organization.
5. Execute after-sales tasks and ensure inventory integrity.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-office areas and cash stations.
7. Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping.

1. Successful experience in retail operations or stock management within a luxury environment.
2. Knowledge of shipping and back-office procedures is advantageous.
3. Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
4. Eligibility to work in Belgium.
