- Welcome clients and guide them through the boutique experience.
- Provide a warm, personalized, and exceptional customer experience.
- Ensure after-sales service excellence.
- Maintain the boutique's presentation and organization.
- Support sales staff during client presentations.
- Contribute to team spirit and boutique performance with elegance and enthusiasm.
- Assist in digital salon presentations.
- Support the Customer Service Manager with daily administrative tasks.
- Manage the flow of repair items, including shipping, receiving, and closing requests.
- Process estimates and communicate timelines to clients.
- Coordinate with workshops on case follow-ups.
- Assist the sales team and manager on the floor, including quality control of service items before client delivery.
- Welcome local and international clients, ensuring excellent service during item drop-offs and pickups.
- Support sales staff with remote orders and online appointments.
- Transform dissatisfied clients into loyal customers through excellent interpersonal skills.
- Assist the Operations Manager in monitoring boutique performance indicators, including daily and monthly sales analysis.
- Prepare and present team briefings.
- Interest in horology and/or jewelry and a desire to gain retail experience.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for craftsmanship, technique, and style in Chanel's Watch and Jewelry division.
- Dynamic and meticulous approach to tasks.
- Versatile and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and proficient in computer tools, especially Excel.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in luxury retail and customer service is essential.
Interns will receive an integration program, including training on Chanel's history and products, and will deepen their retail knowledge while developing communication skills across various European services.
