- Provide an exceptional, personalised client experience consistent with Chanel’s luxury service standards, building long-term relationships and client loyalty.
- Actively drive and achieve individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and product expertise across the house’s categories.
- Manage clienteling activities and follow-up (appointments, callbacks, CRM entries) to optimise retention and repeat business.
- Execute visual merchandising and floor presentation to brand guidelines, ensuring the boutique reflects Chanel’s aesthetic and seasonal directives.
- Handle daily operational tasks including point-of-sale transactions, stock replenishment, stock counts and secure handling of merchandise.
- Collaborate with the boutique team on events, private viewings and product launches, maintaining discretion and high service standards.
- Proven experience in luxury or premium retail (typically 1–3 years) with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage high-net-worth clients and deliver a personalised shopping experience.
- Strong product knowledge and a keen aesthetic sense appropriate to a couture and luxury goods environment.
- Professional presentation, discretion and adherence to confidential client protocols.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods; availability for a fixed-term (CDD) contract in Nice.

Typically 1–3 years of retail experience, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion sector, demonstrating strong sales performance and client relationship management.
Secondary education or vocational diploma in retail, sales, fashion or a related field; formal retail training is advantageous.
