- Enhance the customer experience in alignment with Chanel's service values, providing authentic, flexible, and personalized service.
- Develop and apply high standards of product knowledge and sales skills to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain awareness of company, boutique, and personal sales performance objectives, working towards achieving commercial goals.
- Participate in daily back-office operations and manage alterations and holds as necessary.

- Ensure the highest standards in all aspects of sales and after-sales service, including maintaining a positive mindset, understanding customer needs, accurate data entry, and timely follow-up.
- Uphold the brand ambassador image by presenting a professional and sophisticated appearance and demeanor.
- Experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in a similar role or customer service environment.
- Ability to drive and exceed personal and boutique goals.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Professional presentation and conduct.
