- Optimize the customer experience in alignment with Chanel's service values.

- Maintain the brand ambassador image by conveying a professional and sophisticated appearance through impeccable attire and etiquette.
- Experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
- Ability to drive and exceed personal and boutique goals.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and rigorous follow-up (essential).

Previous experience in luxury retail sales or a similar customer service role is preferred.
