Chanel Sales Advisor

- Represent the image of Maison ERES by maintaining an exemplary attitude and impeccable appearance.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador on the boutique floor, ensuring a luxury-level welcome and service.
- Share expertise with customers and team members.
- Master and apply ERES Art of Sale techniques.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of ERES collections and inventory.
- Monitor and follow key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and manage the customer database.
- Support fellow sales assistants.
- Manage cash desk operations efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines and maintain tidiness of counters and fitting rooms.
- Participate in goods reception, stock management, and boutique reorders.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the fashion retail industry.
- Excellent communication and empathy.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Curiosity and flexibility to adapt to a changing retail environment.
- Structured, organized, and proactive.
A first experience in a similar role within the fashion retail industry is required.
