- Introduce clients to the client database and maintain accurate records.
- Provide after-sales care and information on events and new collections.

- Create a luxurious client experience by understanding client needs and preferences.
- Process purchases accurately and maintain awareness of sales targets.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and Chanel Head Office.
- Participate in team activities to promote a positive work environment.
- Maintain confidentiality of company affairs.
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and adhere to procedures.
- Assist with stock checks, alterations, and event preparations.
- Adhere to Health & Safety and Security procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of merchandising guidelines and ensure proper product display.
- Ensure products are tagged, ticketed, and handled with care.
- Participate in training and development activities.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar environment.
- Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong product knowledge and selling skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
