Chanel S2P and O2C Process Lead

- Oversee and optimize Source to Pay (S2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) processes, ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
- Manage the processing of invoices, payments, and supplier account reconciliation, while maintaining high standards and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate across departments to resolve discrepancies and support business needs.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies in collaboration with indirect procurement.
- Create, monitor, and measure KPIs related to accounts payable to optimize payment schedules.
- Supervise invoicing processes and ensure accurate recording of customer transactions.
- Monitor receivables, manage credit risks, and provide recommendations on overdue accounts.
- Prepare monthly accounts receivable reports, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risk.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the S2P/OTC teams, setting clear objectives and conducting performance reviews.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with Coupa, D365, and SAP software.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Significant exposure to accounts payable and receivable functions, with prior management experience and a proven track record of team leadership.
Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is required.
