1. Oversee and optimize Source to Pay (S2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) processes, ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
2. Manage the processing of invoices, payments, and supplier account reconciliation, while maintaining high standards and regulatory compliance.
3. Collaborate across departments to resolve discrepancies and support business needs.
4. Develop and implement risk management strategies in collaboration with indirect procurement.
5. Create, monitor, and measure KPIs related to accounts payable to optimize payment schedules.
6. Supervise invoicing processes and ensure accurate recording of customer transactions.
7. Monitor receivables, manage credit risks, and provide recommendations on overdue accounts.
8. Prepare monthly accounts receivable reports, highlighting key metrics and trends.
9. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
10. Implement and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risk.
11. Lead, mentor, and develop the S2P/OTC teams, setting clear objectives and conducting performance reviews.

1. Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.

1. Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
2. Experience with Coupa, D365, and SAP software.
3. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy and efficiency.
6. Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

Significant exposure to accounts payable and receivable functions, with prior management experience and a proven track record of team leadership.

Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is required.
